In the case of fatty media with a high protein content, cleaning with high concentrations of alkaline solution at high temperatures is carried out even more intensively. Even steam sterilization takes place for longer in some dairies than it does in breweries for example. Seals made by Freudenberg Process Seals are designed appropriately to cope with this.
