Clamp seals
Our solutions ensure a quick and particularly reliable pipe connections in plants that are run continuously, yet the connections are still easy to disconnect and are particularly simple to install. The dimensions are standardized according to ISO 2852 (inch dimensions) and DIN 32676 (metric dimensions), i.e. the seals are standardized and therefore available particularly cost-effectively from stock. As materials we recommend the compounds 70 EPDM 291 and 70 NBR 150.
O-rings for aseptic clamping connections
Especially for the requirements of Hygienic Design, Freudenberg Process Seals has developed clamping seals with aseptic O-rings according to DIN 11866 which ideally combine the advantages of simple installation with lack of dead space in the sealing point. Aseptic O-rings are available ex stock in special high performance materials with a diverse range of approvals.
